The “Studio Tecnico Molina” was founded in 1979 by architect Luigi Camillo Molina with the aim of dealing with architectural and civil engineering design, urban planning and restoration of buildings.
The team has grown over the years and now consists of professionals, architects and engineers able to follow all aspects of the design cycle: from preliminary design to detailed design as well as construction supervision.
We study action of city planning mainly on public and private importance commissions, which are extended to the whole national territory.
Our “Studio” also works with businesses and companies of international importance: these collaborations allow to participate in public and private contracts for the construction of civil and industrial infrastructures, hydraulic works, treatment facilities and garbage disposal.
Each company that works with “Studio Tecnico Molina” acts individually in specialized areas of competence and is able to address the implementation of works of international importance in the required areas, with skilled workers and operating vehicles technically suitable in each specific task.
It’s primary interest of “Studio Tecnico Molina” and associated companies to extend to foreign countries, especially the emerging ones, every possible field of application, where European-style professionalism and experience are required, recognizing in them the sensitivity towards the environmental values of land and city planning.
Our “Studio” has been approved by “Regione Lombardia” for testing of public works as well as from the Ministry of Internal Affairs about issues concerning safety and fire prevention.
Luigi Camillo Molina was born in Pavia in 1954 and graduated in Architecture at “Politecnico di Milano” in 1978.
In 1979 he founded his own “Studio” in Pavia that deals with the design and construction of residential, commercial and productive buildings, both in public and private sectors.
He has been working with numerous Architecture and Engineering Studies, treating both the design and the construction supervision of major public and private works.
For some years, he devoted particular attention to extend every possible field of application and professional in foreign countries, especially emerging markets, where European-style professionalism and experience are particularly demanded.
